The Integration Tax
Any complex build hits the same wall: the hardware doesn't talk to itself. The keypad sends CAN frames the ECU doesn't understand. The display expects a data page nobody has defined yet. The shock controller wants timing the bus can't deliver. Someone has to sit between all of it and make it behave.
That's the integration tax: the hidden cost buried in every multi-vendor hardware project. It delays the build, burns senior engineering time on commodity work, and creates fragile systems that break when a single component changes.
VyneForge was founded to eliminate that tax. Our first production deployment, driver-adjustable shocks for a race truck built on an Enovation MC3 ECU with a MoTeC C127 display and cockpit keypad, shipped in 2026. We take on a small number of focused integration projects at a time.
